In compliance with Executive Order 202.6 for Auto Repair Facilities as listed under Essential Services dictated by the State of New York, we are immediately implementing the following: 

• Our Hours of Operation will remain 8-5 Monday through Friday with weekends by appointment only

• When possible, please utilize the convenience of making payments over the phone with a credit or debit card.

• If you must come in-person to pay with cash or card we ask that you remain in your vehicle if feeling unwell or showing signs of illness. Call us at 315-232-4535 and someone will come to you to accept payment. 

• Customers that are not showing signs of illness will be allowed inside with the following restrictions:

• Please make use of the Hand Sanitizer STations available inside the store.

• No more than 10 customers will be allowed in the store at any given time.

• We ask that all customers maintain a distance of 6 feet between themselves and other customers or staff.

Service/Repair

To avoid any possible exposure to our staff, any Interior RV repair work will not be performed until a minimum of 72 hours has passed after drop off.
